Returns and refunds

30-day returns
We accept return requests for non-custom products within 30 days of delivery.

How to request a return
Email info@kreativedilladesigns.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the items you would like to return. Please contact us before sending an item so we can provide return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Custom and personalized items
Custom-made and personalized products are excluded from our standard 30-day return policy.

Refunds
Refund processing begins after we receive and review the returned item. We will email you with the outcome of the review. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; posting times vary by bank or payment provider.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email info@kreativedilladesigns.com with your order number and photos so we can review the problem and help resolve it.
